Loving Who You Are

It is not all about the food or emotions, looking deeper into the issues

of course, there is an emotional eating known as better the stuffing of the emotions

A different way to look through this topic for many is the Mind chatter that has been planted for many years, more importantly from a very young age.

Looking deeper is understanding that these thoughts are not yours.

Weight can also be part of the DNA / pathogens through a family.

It is also present when you choose to eat anything. It is a fact that when eating while watching TV, whether in Apple or popcorn, if you have an emotional trigger while eating this item, every time after this moment, your body will be triggered emotionally

It is about making a new plan to move forward to reach the desired goals

This was not because I wasn`t active. I was always out in nature, exercising and as people would say eating normally. Yet the weight was going on faster than I knew what to do.

Then I started to realize the benefit of the issues in the tissues. It was more than the food or exercise. Food is a very individual process.

It comes down to an individual plan that works for each person.

For me, it was looking at everything I ate, when I ate it, what emotions were attached to the food, and whether the food I was eating was the best for my body. It also has lots to do with how you are sleeping, what your stress level is and so much more.

Once I realized this, the weight started coming off as easily as it went on.

Body Image:

The following story is to help you realize that this is a very personal journey,
